AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF
SECTION 26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ANYTIME ALONG A
PORTION OF WEST END BOULEVARD, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of .Section 26-247 of the Code -of .'
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing no parking anytime along a portion of
West End Boulevard, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at
the following location:
West End Blvd - east side, beginning at the northeast
corner of the intersection of West End Blvd and
Independence Street along the east curb a distance of
153 feet then terminating.
ARTICLE 2. It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may
be renumbered to accomplish such intention.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval.
