AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR TRAINING EXPENSES
AND THE* PURCHASE OF VARIOUS POLICE EQUIPMENT FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2015, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI FROM AN EDWARD BYRNE MEMORIAL
JUSTICE ASSISTANCE GRANT AND A SOUTHEAST COALITION LAW
ENFORCEMENT GRANT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates $21,546 for training expenses and
the purchase of various police equipment from the general fund to
be funded by revenues from an Edward Byrne Memorial Justice
Assistance Grant for expenditure during the fiscal year ending
June 30. 2015.
ARTICLE 2. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates $16,591 for the purchase of various
police equipment from the general fund to be funded by revenues
from a Southeast Coalition Law Enforcement Grant for expenditure
during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
