AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE H OF
SECTION 26-126 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC LIGHTS AT THE
INTERSECION OF WILLIAM STREET AND
SHERIDAN DRIVE, AND AT THE INTERSECTION
OF BROADWAY AND HENDERSON AVENUE, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule H of Section 26-126 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing traffic lights in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Intersection of William Street and Sheridan Drive
and
Intersection of Broadway and Henderson Avenue
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval. \
