AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF
SECTION 26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
CHANGING THE STOP SIGNS AT THE
INTERSECTION OF BROADWAY AND HENDERSON
AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. That portion of Schedule C of Section 26-121 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
which established stop signs at the following locations:
Henderson at Broadway - facing north and south
ARTICLE 2. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a stop sign at the following location:
Henderson at Broadway - facing south
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval.
