ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A DEED OF
DEDICATION FROM SOUTHEAST MISSOURI
HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION, FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2001 WILLIAM STREET, FOR THE
SHERIDAN AND WILLIAM SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
hereby accepts, and agrees to accept, a Deed of Dedication
from Southeast Missouri Hospital Association, conveying to
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, property located at
2001 William Street, for the Sheridan and William Signal
Improvements Project, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, described as follows:
SOUTHEAST MISSOURI HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION
THAT PART OF OUT LOT 57 OF UNITED STATES PRIVATE
SURVEY NO. 2199 IN TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 14
EAST OF THE FIFTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN IN THE CITY
AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI,
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Commence at the intersection of the South Right
of Way line of William Street and East Right of
Way line of Sheridan Drive; thence along East
Right of Way line of said Sheridan Drive, South
00° 02' 06" West, 10.00 feet; thence leaving East
Right of Way line of said Sheridan Drive, North
47° 45' 48" East, 13.45 feet to a point on the
South Right of Way line of William Street; thence
along South Right of Way line of said William
Street, North 84° 30' 40" West, 10.00 feet to the
point of beginning and containing 0.001 acres
(49.8 sq. ft.), more or less, subject to any
easements of record, as shown on accompanying
plat.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall
