AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
GAITHER SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Gaither Subdivision, a
subdivision being part of Lot 12 of Henderson's Subdivision,
being that part of Outlot 27, Township 30 North, Range 14 East,
of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Gaither Properties,
LLC, bearing the certification of Rodney W. Amos, a Registered
Land Surveyor, dated June 9, 2014, including all variances
contained therein, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
