AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
GREATER CAPE GIRARDEAU BUSINESS PARK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI. AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Greater Cape Girardeau
Business Park, a subdivision being part of United States Private
Survey No. 790 and 2262, Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by the City of Cape
Girardeau and Crisp Realty Company, bearing the certification of
R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 11,
2014, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval. /
