APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
OF LOTS 1 - 8 OF BALDWIN PLACE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Resubdivision of Lots 1 - 8
of Baldwin Place Phase I, a subdivision being part of United
States Private Survey No. 790, Township 31 North, Range 13 East,
of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Rodney
G. Arnold, Pamela D. Arnold, Mark A. McMullin, Daniela C.
McMullin, Premiere Investments, LLC, Baldwin Investors, LLC,
Jacob C. Schnurbusch, Bruce L. Schnurbusch, Deborah M.
Schnurbusch, Mark S. Van Matre, and Kimberly K. Van Matre
bearing the certification of Rodney W. Amos, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated June 9, 2014, including all variances contained
therein, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
