AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF A
RE -SUBDIVISION OF MCLANE OUTLOT NO. 1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI. AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of a Re -Subdivision of McLane
Outlet No. 1, a subdivision being part of Lot 1 of McLane Outlet
No. 1 of Westborough Subdivision, being that part of United
States Private Survey No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East,
of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by First State Community
Bank, Sandy McLane Donley and David J. Donley, bearing the
certification of Christopher L. Koehler, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated June 11, 2014, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
