AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED FROM
CARLOS RATLIFF AND EMMAGENE RATLIFF FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1800 PERRYVILLE ROAD, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby
accepts a General Warranty Deed from Carlos Ratliff and Emmagene
Ratliff, conveying property located at 1800 Perryville Road, in
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, said property more particularly described
as follows, to -wit:
A part of Lot Six (6) of R. L. Wilson's Subdivision of
Out Lot Seventy -Four (74) in U.S.P. Survey No. 2199,
in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as shown by
Plat recorded in Plat Book 2 at
Page 57, land records of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri, described as follows: Begin at a point where
the North line of said U.S.P. Survey 2199 intersects
the North and East line of Perryville Road, from which
point the Northwest corner of said Out Lot 74 bears
North 830 0' West, 56.8 feet; thence South 83° 0' East
along the North line of said Survey 169.9 feet for a
corner; thence South 36° 0' West, 135.0 feet for a
corner in the North. and East line of Perryville Road;
thence Northwest along the said line of Perryville
Road, 157.0 feet to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPTING: That part of the following
described tract of land which lies South of a line
drawn parallel to and 25 feet North of the center line
of the existing 20 foot concrete pavement on
Perryville Road, in Part of Lot 6 of R. L. Wilson's
Subdivision of Out Lot 74, in U.S.P. Survey No. 2199,
described as follows: Begin at the intersection of the
North line of Perryville Road and the North line of
U.S.P. Survey No. 2199; thence South 83° East along
the North line of U.S.P. Survey No. 2199, 169.9 feet;
thence South 360 West, 135 feet to the Northeast line
of Perryville Road; thence in a Northwesterly
direction along the said Northeast line 157 feet to
the point of
beginning.
Subject to terms, conditions, restrictions,
reservations and easements of record, if any.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
