ORDINANCE NO. q 593
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
MASCHMANN SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Maschmann Subdivision, a
subdivision being a resubdivision of Lot 12, "Deevers Farm -Phase
I" as recorded in Plat Book No. 22 at Page No. 99 and Lot 13,
"Lots 13 and 14 of Deevers Farm - Phase I" as recorded in Plat
Book No. 24 at Page No. 84 a part of the SE 19, Section 20, T 31
N, R 14 E, of the 5t' P.M. City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, submitted by Darryl Maschmann and Betty
Maschmann, bearing the certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated May 14, 2014, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
