AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CAPE WEST VILLAGE THIRD SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Cape West Village Third
Subdivision, a subdivision being a re -subdivision of Lots 20-26
of Cape West Village, Plat Book 20 - Page 98, lying in a part of
United States Private Survey No. 175, T 30 N, R 13 E, of the 5th
P.M., City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
submitted by Weiss Park, Inc., bearing the certification of R.
Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated May 14,
2014/, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
