AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR
OPERATING EXPENDITURES FROM THE CONVENTION
AND TOURISM FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
JUNE 30, 2014, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates Sixty-two Thousand Three Hundred
Fifty-five Dollars ($62,355.00) from the unappropriated balance
of the Convention and Tourism fund for expenditure during the
fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, for the expenditure related to
facilities feasibility studies.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
