AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
MAJOR SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Major Subdivision, a
subdivision being part of Lot 6, Block "E" of Country Club Place,
and Lot 7, Block "F" of Capaha Gardens, being that part of United
States Private Survey No. 3091, Township 31 North, Range 14 East,
of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Terry L. Major and
Dawn K. Major, bearing the certification of Rodney W. Amos, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 31, 2014, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval. �
