AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BETH DRIVE SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Beth Drive Subdivision, a
subdivision being part of United States Private Survey No. 2198,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East, of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Brandon 0. Williams Development Company,
LLC, bearing the certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated April 17, 2014, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
