ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE PUBLIC SAFETY
TRUST FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF A 2005 PLATFORM FIRE
TRUCK, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI. AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates $571,B50 from the unappropriated
balance of the Public Safety Trust Fund for expenditure during
the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, for the purchase of a 100'
platform fire truck.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF 2014.
