AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CAMPBELL SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Campbell Subdivision, being
all of Lots 3, 6, 7, and 10 of West End Place Addition, in the
City of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Campbell
Mattress Company, Inc., and Wood Investments, L.P., bearing the
certification of Rodney W. Amos, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated December 27, 2013, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full orce and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
