ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 13, 14 & 16 OF WALDEN
PARK PHASE 1 - AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Resubdivision of Lots 13, 14
& 16 of Walden Park Phase 1 - Amended, a subdivision being that
part of Section 23, Township 31 North, Range 13 East, of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Corner Development,
LLC, and the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, bearing the
certification of Rodney W. Amos, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated February 7, 2014, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval_
