AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL 2008 PROJECT FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2014, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates $345,000 for the construction of
the Safe Routes to School 2008 project SRTS-INE-H280(106) during
the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014 from a Federal Highways and
Transportation Commission grant and unencumbered balances of the
Motor Fuel Tax Fund.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
