AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A PERMANENT
UTILITY EASEMENT FROM MALCOLM H. AND
PATRICIA M. MONTGOMERY, FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 4286 BLOOMFIELD ROAD, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
hereby accepts a Permanent Utility Easement from Malcolm H.
and Patricia M. Montgomery, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a Permanent Utility Easement located
at 4286 Bloomfield Road, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, described as follows:
Part of United States Private Survey No. 787,
Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, described as follows:
Begin at the northwest corner of Lot No.3 of
River Forest Subdivision, also known as the Point
of Beginning, thence, S 60"58'55" E, 20.0 feet to
a point, thence, S 31 046'14" W, 232.8 feet to a
point, thence, N 58013 '45" W, 5.0 feet to a
point, thence, N 24 055'52" E, 125.0 feet to a
point, thence, N 31 045'28" E, 107.7 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage yd approval
