AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
GALLERIA PLAZA SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Galleria Plaza Subdivision,
being part of Lot 4 of Popp's Subdivision of Lots 10, 11 and 23
of a subdivision of Outlots 58, 59, 81 and part of 60, in U.S.
Survey No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the 5`h
P.M., City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by C.R.
Talbert, Jr., Bettie M. Talbert, and NAS Properties, L.L.C.,
bearing the certification of Mark R. Frankenberg, a Registered
Land Surveyor, dated February 7, 2014, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
