AN ORDINANCE ALLOCATING MONIES FROM THE
UNSPENT REVENUES OF THE CASINO REVENUE FUND
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2013,
AND APPROPRIATING CAPITAL EXPENDITURES FROM
THE CASINO REVENUE FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING JUNE 30, 2014, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby allocates the following amounts of the unspent
revenues of the Casino Revenue Fund for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2013 for the following purposes:
Legacy / Endowment
Innovation
$257,455
$514,910
ARTICLE 2. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates $1,725,000.00 for annual payment
due on purchase of a business park and capital expenditures
related to sewer improvements related to that park from the
Casino Revenue Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
