AN ORDINANCE ALLOCATING MONIES FROM THE
ESTIMATED CURRENT YEAR'S REVENUES OF THE
CASINO REVENUE FUND, AND THE EXPENDITURE OF
A PORTION OF THE INNOVATION ALLOCATION, FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2014, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby allocates the following percentages of the
current year's revenues of the Casino Revenue Fund for the
following purposes for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014:
Adjacent Community Fund
Legacy I Endowment
Capital Improvement
Innovation

ARTICLE 2. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates $500,000.00 for various
expenditures from the above Innovation Allocation for the fiscal
year ending June 30, 2014.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval
