AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
WALTER WHITE SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Walter White Subdivision,
being a part of Lots 09 and 11, and all of Lot 1.0, Block 07 of
Giboney Houck's Third Subdivision in Out Lot 46 of Survey 2199,
Township 30 North, Range 14 East, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, submitted by Walter White, bearing the
certification of Larry D. Dowdy, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated November 20, 2013, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
