AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO- EXECUTE

RELEASE
OF LIEN
FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED
AT 514
OLIVE
STREET, UNDER THE
CDBG
RENTAL
REHABILITATION
PROGRAM,
IN THE
CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
WHEREAS, the City of Cape Girardeau previously entered into
an Agreement dated November 6, 1992, with Charles Patterson, Jr.
and Costella Patterson, for the grant of funds to make repairs
to the residence at 514 Olive Street - East 188 feet of South y,
Lot 115, Range Q, Ingram's Addition in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, all pursuant to the CDBG Rental
Rehabilitation Program, and
WHEREAS, that grant agreement was recorded in the land
records of Cape Girardeau County in Book 609, Page 805, and
Charles Patterson, Jr. and Costella Patterson have fulfilled the
terms of the program, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, to release the lien created by the agreement dated
November 6, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
