AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, BY AMENDING THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR WALDEN PARK PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Corner Development, LLC submitted, on October 24,
2012, an application to amend the Final Development Plan for
Walden Park Planned Development District, for certain land
within the City, and
WHEREAS, Public Notice of such change was given as
prescribed in Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and public hearing was held on
Monday, December 3, 2012; and
WHEREAS, consistent with the conditions and comments of the
Planning and Zoning Commission approval and staff input, the
amended Final Development Plan dated October 24, 2012, has been
recommended for approval by the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended Final Development Plan for
Development District, at the request of
amending the maximum building height in
