HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd.4401.12-03-2012BILL NO. 12-17 ORDINANCE NO. —Wo D l AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT EXECUTED BY RHODES DEVELOPMENT, LLC, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2075 CORPORATE CIRCLE DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a Permanent Utility Easement executed by Rhodes Development, LLC, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, said easement located at 2075 Corporate Circle Drive, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, described as follows: THAT PART OF OUTLOT 62 OF U.S.P.S. 2199, TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commence at the Southwest corner of Outlot 61 of said U.S.P.S. 2199 (Found Iron Rod); thence with the South line of said U.S.P.S. 2199, South 83039'20" East, 2188.49 feet, to the point of beginning; thence leaving said line North 03°08'51" West, 60.00 feet, to a point on the South line of an Access and Utility Easement as recorded in Deed Book 498 at Page 026; thence with said South line, South 83039'20" East, 20.28 feet; thence leaving said South line, South 03°08'51" East, 60.00 feet; thence North 83°39'20" West, 20.28 feet, to the point of beginning and containing 1,200 square feet, more or less.
