AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
GIBONEY WOODS SIXTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Giboney Woods Sixth
Subdivision being all of lots 15 and 16 of Giboney Woods Third
Subdivision, being part of United States Private Survey No. 787,
Township 30 North, Range 13 East, of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Real Estate Warehouse, LLC, bearing the
certification of Ty Gramling, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated
October 23, 2012, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
