ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
LOT 27 OF WHISPERING OAKS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Lot 27 of Whispering Oaks
being a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 9, and that part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 10 Township 31 North, Range 13
East, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri, submitted by Shawn A. Downs and Krystal L. Downs,
bearing the certification of Tyler Steffens, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated October 23, 2012, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
