AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A PERMANENT
UTILITY EASEMENT EXECUTED BY BENJAMIN
A. SAMPLE AND MEGAN SAMPLE FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2657 COPPERFIELD COURT, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
hereby accepts a Permanent Utility Easement executed by
Benjamin A. Sample and Megan Sample, conveying to the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, said easement located at 2657
Copperfield Court, Cape Girardeau, Missouri, described as
follows:
A tract of land being part of Township 30 North,
Range 13 East, located in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri. Beginning at
the corner of Lot 31 and 32 of the Emerald Forest
Second subdivision located in the City and County
of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, as recorded
in plat book 23 page 47 of the Cape Girardeau
County Records, and the corner of the remainder
of lot 22 of the Giboney Woods Third subdivision
located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, as recorded in plat book 20
page 31 of the Cape Girardeau County Records.
Thence along the North line of said lot 32, North
77 degrees, 27 minutes, 25 seconds East, a
distance of 120.00 feet granting a 5 foot wide
sewer and utility easement to the North of the
South line of said remainder of lot 22; thence
North 12 degrees, 32 minutes, 35 seconds West, a
distance of 80.00 feet, granting a 20 foot wide
sewer and utility easement to the West of the
East line of said remainder of Lot 22; thence
South 77 degrees, 27 minutes, 25 seconds West, a
distance of 220.00 feet, maintaining an existing
15 foot wide sewer and utility easement centered
on said lot line to the South of the North line
of said remainder of lot 22; thence South 63
degrees, 53 minutes, 00 seconds East, a distance
of 128.06 feet, granting a 5 foot wide sewer and
utility easement to the Northeast of the
Southwest line of said remainder of lot 22 to the
point of beginning; thence granting a 20 foot
wide sewer and utility easement centered along a
line bearing North 10 degrees, 22 minutes, 15
seconds West, a distance of 80.06 feet to a point
on the North line of said remainder of lot 22, a
distance of 116.97 feet from the Northeast corner
of said remainder of Lot 22.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approva
