AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
WALDEN PARK - PHASE lA
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Walden Park - Phase lA being
a resubdivision of lots 17 and 18 and the common ground of Rock
Creek Meadows Subdivision, a subdivision in the City and County
of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Corner
Development, LLC, and the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
bearing the certification of Chris Koehler, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated October 2, 2012, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
