AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF
SECTION 26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
AMENDING NO PARKING ALONG A PORTION OF
BROADWAY, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Those portions of Schedule F of Section 26-247 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
which established the following no parking anytime:
Broadway - south side, 62 feet east from Pacific
Broadway, north side, west of Sprigg Street, 103 feet
from back of curb of Sprigg Street
Broadway, north side, east of Sprigg Street, 95 feet
from back of curb of Sprigg Street
ark: hereby resealed.;
ARTICLE 2. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing no parking at the following location:
Broadway - south side, 110 feet east from Pacific
ARTICLE 3. It is the intention of the governing body and it
is hereby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance shall
become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and the sections of this Code may
be renumbered to accomplish such intention.
ARTICLE 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after ten days after its final passage and approval.
