AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
VILLAGE PLACE SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Village Place Subdivision,
being a resubdivision of lots 17 and 18, Village on the Green
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 11 at Page No. 38 being a
part of lot 4, Sloans Subdivision of Outlots 69 and 71, U.S.P.S.
2199, Township 31 North, Range 14 East of the 5th P.M., in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted
by The Villas of West Park, L.L.C., bearing the certification of
R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated
September 27, 2012, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
